The designation of "Certified Pre-Owned" serves as a seal of approval, indicating that a vehicle has successfully passed a 167-point inspection, has low mileage, holds a clean title, and is under a certain age.
Plus, Certified Pre-Owned vehicles come with a range of advantages and perks, similar to that of a new car. Buying CPO can often be less risky than buying private or non-certified used cars, which may not have undergone any quality inspection.

Warranty Coverage
Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicles come with a 7-Year/100,000 Mile Limited Warranty that lasts 7 years from the car's in-service date or 100,000 miles (whichever comes first), and covers over 600 components including engine, transmission and drive train.
167-Point Inspection
Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicles must clear a 167-point inspection by a Nissan-trained technician. Parts that don't meet our standards are reconditioned exclusively using Genuine Nissan OEM parts.
Roadside Assistance
Nissan is here for you 24 hours a day and 7 days a week with Emergency Roadside Assistance, which provides flat tire change out with your good spare, dead battery jump or lock-out assistance for the duration of your vehicle's Limited Warranty.
Maintenance Plan
Get a 1-year Prepaid Maintenance Plan with the purchase of an eligible Nissan Certified Pre-Owned vehicle financed through Nissan Motor Acceptance Company. This plan covers up to 2 oil & filter changes and 2 tire rotations.
CarFax Vehicle History Report
You can view the CARFAX® Vehicle History Report on every Certified Pre-Owned Nissan. CARFAX® also provides a 3-Year Buyback Guarantee that reduces the risk involved in purchasing a pre-owned vehicle.
Car Rental Reimbursement
If your CPO vehicle is being repaired under warranty, you’ll receive rental car reimbursement for up to 5 days at $35 a day. We also include towing assistance of up to $100. Tow to United Nissan Reno and we’ll take care of the rest!
