The 2024 Altima comes in an array of exterior colors, which include Glacier White, Deep Blue Pearl, Super Black, Gun Metallic, and Brilliant Silver Metallic. Only available on higher trims are Scarlet Ember Tintcoat, Garnet Pearl Metallic, Pearl White TriCoat, and Gray Sky Pearl. 

For interior colors, the Nissan Altima's entry-level S grade comes with Charcoal cloth seats, and SV offers a Charcoal or Gray cloth interior. On SR trims is a Charcoal sport cloth, while SR VC-Turbo trims are adorned in Charcoal sport leather seats.
